Help host Pumpkin Spice Fest!

We’re looking for volunteers to help us throughout the festival to assist attendees, staff ticketing and merch booths, and provide an enjoyable day of family fun.

Volunteers will receive perks including tickets to enjoy Pumpkin Spice Fest when your shift is complete!

Volunteer FAQs

  • DescriptionPumpkin Spice Fest will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at LMCU Ballpark in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

    VIP packages include entry beginning at 10:00 AM. General Admission entry starts at 11:00 AM.

    Throughout the day there will be live entertainment, fun activities, an wide variety of vendors for food, beverages, and local shopping, and much more…all ending with a BLAST — a grand finale fireworks display! text goes here

  • No, Pumpkin Spice Fest will go on, rain or shine!

  • Yes! Security is provided by LMCU Ballpark and will not require volunteer assistance.

  • The number of shifts and duration of each will depend on your availability as well as the number of volunteers.

    Typically, a volunteer shift require 4-5 hours of time.

  • Volunteers will receive admission tickets and food/drink tokens to enjoy Pumpkin Spice Fest when not volunteering as well as a festival merchandise.

  • BLAST! EVENTS, creator of the renowned International Fireworks Championship held annually in Traverse City, Michigan, is producing the first Pumpkin Spice Fest.
